DRESSING UP FUR WHITLEY

Our gud galpal, Dory, is hostin' a Blog Hop in honor of my BFF, Whitley... it wuz so very thoughtful of her and our family appreciamatates it very, very much. So, y'all knows Whitley wuz my bestest buddy evfur, and of course, I's dressin' up in her honor.

Nowadays I usually hasta wear my onesies and jackets cuz my allergeez makes me itchy and da jackets and onesies keep me frum scratchin' myself bad. Before my allergeez got so bad, I wuz evfurry bit as much a fashionista as Whitley.... in fact, my Momma came up wiff da dress pattern fur all of Whitley's dresses and da ideer of makin' 'em reversible. Dose furst dresses wuz made fur both us gurl pups. As time went on and my itchies got wurse, Momma started makin' me jackets-- but I still has quite a few dresses... I wears 'em on walkies and fur fotos... 

And of course, today, I wears 'em fur Whitley....

Furst up is me modelin' sum dresses Whitley's Momma made fur me....

Yeah, sumtimes I pulls up my hoodies... nuthin' sez livin' da thug life like a pink hoodie...bol, bol!

Next up is dress dat my Momma made fur me... ya probably seen Whitley model hers... I thought it wuz appropriamatate cuz it haz party drinks on it... and I's celebratin' Whitley...

I evfun tried an over-my-shoulder pose like Whitley would do... I ain't as gud at it as she wuz.... but then, who is???

Coupla years and lots less fur later, here I is.... outstandin' in my field, I is.... bol, bol!!

I luvs ya, Whitley, to da moon and back elebenty jillion times... you wuz da best furiend I could evfur ask fur.... and I misses ya sumthin' awful... hope yer lookin' down on all of Blogville today and enjoyin' all da critters dressin' up in yer honor... You shure did luv yer clothes, ya would dance to put dem on... and den ya would walk all sassy and proud.... and ya would git miffed if people passed ya by and didn't make a fuss ovfur ya.

Which didn't happen very often, cuz ya wuz so cute and furiendly.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEEEE.......

It's my tenth birthday!! And it's been a purdy gud 'un....

It started out with an eggie weggie brekkie.... toast with bacon and scrambled eggies on top... yum!!

Thanks to Mr. Jack Freckles & Pipo & Minko's Momma fur makin' me dis birthday card-- it wuz so nice of y'all!! 

Can ya believe dey made me wear dis silly hat just so's I could git my Born in Texas cookie!!

It wuz worth it....

Then came toy opening time... I got 10 toys cuz I turned 10!!

Here I is, rippin' into presents .. Momma sez I can open a present in 2.5 seconds or less...

Don't I look happy here? Da Mommaz sed dey wuz glad to see me smile agin... well, I luvs Toys... and nuthin' makes da Queen of Toys happier dan gittin' sum more....

Next up wuz dinnertime... and guess whut? I gots a car ride to Whataburger to git me my own cheezburger!!! And boy, wuz it yummy!!!

Then I got my udder cookie frum Three Dog Barkery... yummo!

Later, my day wuz topped off wiff sum Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream... Blue Bell, da best ice cream in da country.....

It's day best way to top off yer birthday... real ice cream!

In udder news, da remuddlers is finished... now da rest-- paintin', fixin' up da cabinets, etc--- is up to my Momma and Travis' Momma to do... but no pics today... cuz today it's all 'bout ME!

Wordless Wednesday... well, not really....cuz it's CROCKETT'S GOTCHA DAY!!!

Ya knows me, I's nevfur wordless.... here I is, sittin' in da sunroom... our remuddlin' of da kitchen continues...

Dere is sum light at da end of da tunnel.... or so Momma sez. Dey put up da tile today... dey still needs to finish puttin' up crown moldin' on da tops of da cabinets, and connectin' da plumbin' fur da kitchen sink and da wet bar.... and installin' da light fixtures... all of dem... and da plug mold.... and texturin'....

Seems dat light is just a tiny little pinhole of light to me..........just sayin'........

Today is my baby kitty brofur Crockett's Gotcha Day... Happy Gotcha Day, Crockett!!! I sure duz luv ya....Momma caught us nappin' togefur and put it up on his Instagram.... 

I's gonna put up sum photos of him on his furst Gotcha Day.... he shure wuz a little guy...

Flower Friday

Well, da remuddlin' of da kitchen goes on... Momma has bin havin' bigtime headaches and usin' a whole buncha HBO werds... let's just say, my vocabulary's expandin'... bol, bol!

I wuz gonna post sum pics of da current state of da kitchen, but I decided to save 'em until tomorrow.... Momma couldn't evfun bring herself to photograph it at its wurst... it looked like a bomb went off in dere! But Momma insisted dat dey get da ceiling closed back up 'fore da weekend.... she had nightmares 'bout a kitty decidin' to go up inta da attic and wuzn't wantin' to air condishun da attic fur da entire weekend!

Let's just say, evfurryone round here is real tired of da whole remuddlin' expeereeants and havin' no kitchen, no real dishes, and havin' to drink outta dese things...

I's here fur Flower Friday... but furst, a photo of yers truly fur all my fans... all two of ya... bol... me on da sunroom couch....

I's still missin' my buddy and tryin' to help her Momma git thru da nights by havin' sleepovfurs wiff her and Travis... at least in dere, my Daddy ain't gripin' bout me sleepin' on top of his feets. I don't know whut his problum, is my Momma and Whit's Momma nevfur complains.... 

Of course, I behaves better for dem... that could be part of his problum.....bol, bol!
